Let’s start with the morning. The first thing you do, jumping out of your bed is going to the bathroom. Your mood for today depends on atmosphere in which you take hydrotherapeutic procedure in the morning. Your task is to change any weekday to holiday. Try to sing under the shower streams. However, do not practice singing very often; if you live in panel house which is clearly audible you have the risk of quarrelling with your neighbors. But sometimes you can afford singing. Let your neighbors smile with you.
By the holiday you will be happy to put stunning costumes, beautiful shoes and jewelry. And what about the everyday life? Surely, you dress in gray, faded clothes. You must put on only beautiful things and you will always feel like a queen. If you want holiday you should think of it yourself. It is damp outside the window, but you have a sprung flower at the windowsill. Isn’t it a reason to rejoice? Listen to yourself and try to satisfy any of your whims, for example, go and buy chocolate. You can even call a friend and ask him to come to you and share with you this chocolate. There are a lot of ways to organize a small celebration. It is worth trying. It should help at gray overcast days.

Leisure, is the time when you are spending time the way you want doing all those non-compulsory and interesting things. Now, you might be wondering, who the hell has free time in this busy world?!.. I totally agree with you. If there is anything we are falling short of (of course, except the nuclear bombs and oil) it is the time. Life has become so compelling and forceful on everyone that no one has time to spend for each other. Anyway, if you do get some time off from your busy schedule, here is how you can spend it.

Sporting has always been a passionate sport for men. Since the old ages of Mayan civilizations, we have known that men derive pleasure out of playing sports. You could start a simple sport like swimming or tennis which will let you relax your body and relieve all the stress. If you still have time, go for more aggressive leisure sports like golf or adventure sports.

There are always holiday packages and resorts for camping. There is nothing like spending time with family in your favorite beach, or resort. This will give you some time to bond with your love done sand give you an opportunity to make them feel special.

If you still have some more leisure time, you could always start a new hobby. This will allow you to be creative and at the same time lets you do what you’re passionate about.  You could learn a new language, or a new art form, or some martial arts which will help you relax your muscles.

At the end of the day, if it was relaxing enough, then you have spent it wisely!

Leisure or free time is the time spent when one is not working and not involved in any domestic activity basically for one’s own recreation. Since our childhood, we have been taught to classify our activities as work and leisure. Work consists mainly of all the things that we are expected to do and leisure everything else which we do for our recreation. We are of the notion that work is always productive, compelling and challenging, and leisure is all about be relaxed and accomplishing nothing.

More than often we are taught that both are mutually exclusive. I have a different take on this. In fact, most of the studies also support my argument. Recently, a study was conducted to find the state of mind at different points of time during the day using a brain scan and the study showed that people are happy and satisfied when they are doing something creative and challenging. And more than often, this happens when you are at work, which means at times work is also enjoyable and comforting.

The message I wanted to convey is that instead of doing nothing during our free time, choosing hobbies which are challenging and compelling will be a wiser choice. Mind you, increasing leisure time to make it more enjoyable isn’t always easy. This may sound backwards, since many people believe the purpose of leisure is to be easy. But sometimes the benefits of being active in your time off aren’t immediately apparent. There are a lot of leisure activities which require you to be creative. For starters you could start a craft, play a sport, and learn a new language. Think about this and I am sure you will have better results and feel good about yourself as well.

People of those days we will never see in our lives also had their free time and they ha usual ways to spend their time. Young people liked visiting cinemas and dancing and meet each other and so on and so forth. Though, those days are gone and today people have different point of view to free time they have. Most of them spend their free time staying at home because there is the greatest entertainment they have ever wanted. People have internet and they don’t have to go to the cinema and they don’t have to go out to meet a person of an opposite sex and they also don’t have to go some place in order to meet new friends. They have everything they need in the digital world and they spend all the free time they have there. It is not very good because people deprive their selves of a number of great things, those things they will never find on the web. I guess the way of spending free time became degraded for people and there is something they have to do because it is the wrong way they go.

You need a free time from time to time and this is the thought you need other people to realize. You need a free time from time to time to take care of things that really matter in your life and you are waiting for that free time. You have people who need you and who miss you  and they are asking you about spending some time together, but you have no time for them because you need a free time. You need really free time, but free of what? Time free of those who miss you? Or is it time free of taking care about people? You may call it egoistic or wrong or whatever you want to call it but people really need a free time. They need this time to be free of everything. Sometimes, there is a great need for absence of everything in your life. You only need all the people to disappear from your life just like that. You need them to be gone and it is only freedom you need and there is nothing wrong in it. That is the free time some people need and this time really has to be free of everything and everyone.

You know for sure what the day off is. It is the day when you have no work to do and it is a day free of all those worries and obligations you usually have. And that is why it is the best day of week. This day may be the best day and may be the most boring day. Everything depends on you and it is only you the one who can make a choice and who can turn this day into the great day or into the worst day. So, in order not to spoil this great day it is better to neglect everything you don’t recognize as a good thing. It is a day free of work and those people who need you to do something. This day demands you to be free and to so things of pleasure for you. Sure, in case you are a family person you will have a lot of troubles because family always demands your attentions. Though, those are pleasant worries because for most people there is not enough time to spend with homiest but it is not about the day off. This day is for pleasure only, whatever it means for you.

There are for sure some duties in your life ad there are some obligations and there is no way for you to get rid of those. Even in case you really want to get rid of those you won’t because you know you need the whole stuff and you may even love that whole stuff because otherwise your life would be boring. And here you are, five days a week some person with all those duties you have to care about and so on, but a day comes when you can forget about the whole duty stiff and have your free time. For numbers of people free time is time when you have another life, life way different from the one that makes you busy and worries. Say, you are at work and you are not person but worker. You are a person of particular look and particular status and you have to follow this status in everything – clothes, behavior and so on and so forth. But, the working day is over and you are at home and you have your free time and this is another life of you. You wear different clothes and you meet different people and even the manner of your speech is different and it is you real, real and free at your free time.

Today people are too busy with every single thing in their lives and each of those things is recognized as something of vitally importance and that is why people rare find a time to get some rest. But, it is impossible for one to work only without having a rest and so no matter how much a workaholic you are you will still find a time to have a rest. And in most cases people are too thirsty for that free time and so when they have t they never know what to do with it because there are a lot of things they wanted to do but had no time. So, the free time for such people turns out the time busy with the thoughts about what to do with this time. And with those thoughts you simple waste the precious time you have. Never think too much about what to do just do something. Go for a walk or spend your week-end together with your friends. Just do the first thing that comes to your mind and do rest when you will have another opportunity to have a rest. That is the best way to spend your free time – just to something you want to do right now!

Most of the people all over the world just dream about having a lot of free time. Happy American pensioners travel all over the world with cameras as for the first time in their life they are really free! They really have free time! They take to everything: reading, watching TV, going to the theatre, opera, ballet, cinema, concerts, museums, exhibitions and night clubs, listening to the music, going to see friends and having friends around. 

Those who take to business also have to think about free time. Once or twice a week some of them take to sports and like to play football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, hockey, because it is very interesting and good for health.

Gardening is one of the most arguable points in the life of families. Usually some people like it and involve into their activities all members of the family no matter if they share this hobby or not.

Week-end is just time for rest. One has time to sleep like a log after a hard week, others, being light on their feet, get up early and escape from the city for a two days’ trip. It depends.
